Timer

I am new to this and have had a little bit of a shock. MY automatic 12/12 timer mafuntioned and didnt turn the lights on for 4 hours (16 hours of darkeness) before I noticed. I put them back on12/12 with a new one. Will this have an effect, or will this one time not really make a difference.

one time not gonna make a difference now if u make it a habit and it keeps on throwin off a set time then it will later stress out ur plants which will more likely hermie up on u...............
