The 'Professional Series' Helios 2 operates four(4) 120 Volt ballasts for a maximum of 4000 watts HID lighting over your plants. It features a 15 foot relay trigger cordset that plugs into a wall timer that can be configured in a variety of timing patterns and will accomodate any gardens requirements. Three (3) screws under the back panel cover make this timer easy to wire into your power system. The lighting controller has a convenient 'ON/OFF' switch that makes lamp cleaning and replacement easy. The Helios 2 has the quality, features and functionality you've been looking for in a HID lighting timer!

There are other products available, just aearch "grow light controlers"

You want a lighting controller (contactor bank).

One could custom a box that does what you want but typically a single heavy gauge homerun would suffice.
