as the good doctor says.........you can veg forever. mother plants for example. pot size limits how big to get. do you wish to transplant to bigger pot? if not you will want to flower sooner. its all according to your grow plan, and everyone should have one; a plan that is.

That is really peculiar for a plant to not be showing sex at 8 weeks. I would say don't flower her (hopefully) until you know the sex. As far as the the repotting, and stress; Don't worry about it too much. Re-pot as much as you want, just allow a week to ten days of additional vegging afterwards before you go into 12/12.
If I was to provide a great vegging enviorment, and at least ten days or so between repotting, i could repot a mom 20 times in a year, and when I finally did decide to flower her she'd be no worse for the wear. Repotting is stressful, but vegging is the time to get the stressful shit done to ensure a problem free, smooth as possible flower period. You can do practically anything to a plant in vegg, just so long as you give it an ample recovery time before switching to 12/12
