Yep I’m done with tiki just had 2 more Hermies never in my life have I had 5 Hermies let alone in 1 run with d different strains

So this is the only 2 plants I have from 16 seeds total, this is the freebies from the zuper plusher purchase...
I think it was 6 freebies non fem seeds
Some were male and I neglected to breed with them due to the hermie issues with the zuper...
Zoap x Gushers......The first pic is most likely something special(exciting)only downside atm is its still skinny, but young...It stanks and looks insanely potent, with purple hues, the second is dense but nothing crazy....My $85 might be redeemed with pheno 1

I ran into multiple hermies(more then 3)with watermelon zasa/runts de fruitas/pineapple punk etc.... I bought the box pack and so far very dissapointing, I culled multiple below average phenos...... Just crap luck

That’s a bummer. I just took advantage of Raw’s Halloween sale and snagged a pack of Devil Driver S1, Pave S1 and Cherry Paloma. The Devil Driver pack was only like $55 for 10 seeds.
I’ll keep an eye out for herms.

Day 33 of flower for my Ice Pie x Raspberry Boogie. Super loud terps on this one. Sour, tropical fruit and diesel fuel. It completely overpowers everything else in the tent.

Day 37 of flower for the Ice Pie x Raspberry Boogie. The smell is incredibly loud. It overpowers everything else I have flowering right now. It’s also the least dense of the four flowering plants. That seems to be common with purple cultivars in my experience. Maybe it’s because purple doesn’t absorb light as well as green? I know there are some purple strains that grow dense (Trop cherry, for example) but every darknpurple pheno I’ve ever grown ends up being fluffier than the green phenos

Sex on the Beach. Runtz x Runtz.. Easy growing plant but super stretchy during flip. Her 2 main stalks grew up almost into the light and explains the Toxic Avenger bud formation. This Chonky Girl is at day 53.

I picked up quite a few packs for Black Friday. Headhunter f2's, Pablo's private reserve, Inferno cherries, Tropical runtz x Gary Payton. I was all excited and now after reading this thread I am a bit nervous. Herms from outdoor is not good to hear at all. I was going to use the Headhunter male for a seed run and I am pretty locked down on using Magnum Opus male now. Trop Cherries x Dante's Inferno are fems and i will try them outdoors in organic soil. Looks like the others are going on Strainly.

Herms are a part of growing. The plant does this naturally outdoors because it is a dioecious plant type. Stress is usually what causes a female to drop balls.
If it wasn't for Herms we'd probably not have OG Kush or various other famous cuts. I wouldn't let one persons experience deter you.. I've not had any issues with Tiki gear. Then again I don't count Herms, IPM venerability etc.. as something to make me not want to grow something. That's part of the hobby and the fun. Clone the strongest most potent things and cull everything else. Happy growing.

You have to really F things up to herm outdoors. Indoors another story all together. I have grown outdoors for 8 years and indoor for 5. I had a plant herm on me because a big branch broke off outdoors. Other than that smooth sailing.
I will definitely still run his gear. I spoil my plants so not that worried.

Tiki along w Raw use a lot of clone only production cuts. Those are typically running in perfectly dialed in commercial grows.
outdoors they can run awful depending on your climate. I tried doing a pollen chuck to a Gary Payton clone in the northeast and that plant got all the fun plant problems, pm, mold, mites, some odd looking worm I’ve never seen before. Indoors she runs like a dream. Cannabis is wild man!

I agree, I still run tiki
I just keeep on trucking and cull hermies, I run into hermies from every breeder no matter the cost.....Sour Diesel?? All outdoors/best climate on the Planet imo
I only wrote about zuper plushers cause the whole pack was hermies and I was pissed off but I found 2 keeepers of zoap which came free and are both crazy good..About to harvest re runs now....I normally keep silent from any duds/trash or hermies from any breeder I come across and will continue to do so
Run your tiki gear and be happy and excited, some of my best phenos are from tiki
Oh just came back to say I found devils driver posted above, its crazy freaking good, im re running it and have a huge plant in flower now

what’s wild is getting those production clones from the clone sites. running them to see how they grow and then using them to find similar things from seed.
like its hard to know what you are looking for with plant limits and limited population hunts. First time I ran lemon tree I couldn’t believe the smell. Thought it was not cannabis at first.

Ice Pie x Raspberry Boogie. Day 63 of flower. Amazing color on this one. Super loud sour candy terps. The trichs are greasy and almost feel like vegetable oil got on my fingers. The flowers aren’t super dense but I can live with that

My blueberry muffin x raspberry boogie had buds very similar that in density and color. Super sweet but also like the smell from a empty bottle of wine.

Damn that’s a nice sounding cross. I’ve always felt Blueberry Muffin should be used in more crosses. One think I’ve noticed is that fully purple phenos are often less dense than green phenos. I read somewhere that it’s because the purple doesn’t absorb light as efficiently as green, but idk how true that is.
