Is it getting roots? If so, I would let it do its thing. It will start growing eventually...or it will die.
It has root growth but no where near the other plant idk if I should pull her n try another or let the deformed plant have a chance

I would keep it going for a while longer if I were you, because sometimes slow starters can end up being very strong plants, and also I hate seeing a plant die. I dont' even like killing healthy males!

EDIT for an after thought: You're only working with space for two at the moment...In that case I would probably cut my losses and try to get another one going so I wouldn't end up with one way behind the other.

So I decided to pull it and maybe just leave one plant for now. The remaining plant will be subject to extreme lst:)

Plant is looking pretty good, got rid of the one on the left. I covered up the top and around the net cup with white plastic, I hope it will help with light leakage like wiseguy says. I think it will work good

Yep. With how short your grow space is, if you wait to top you'll end up with a problem after the stretch once you go 12-12.
A guy on another forum proved that you can top one week in to 12-12, and still end up with 2 top buds damn near the same size of the one you would get if you didn't top at all.
This takes care of some of the space lost due to the initial stretch after you start flowering. Check it out for yourself. Its an amazing thread.

Check out post #283. The two buds on the right are on one plant, which was topped one week in to flower. The one on the left is another identical plant that wasn't topped at all.

With all that being said, you could top before flowering, and then cut both of those tops again a week after flowering and end up with 4 main colas, and a very short bushy plant with probably about 225% as much top cola weight as you would have originally.

Yes I decided to give it a little now just to experiment so far it deems like it likes the mix. It is about 6.5 inches tall with around 6 nodes. My cabinet is only 16 inches from res top to lights. I plan to top and begin my lst soon.

I don't know about the weather there as far as transplanting, but if you're going to put it outside you might want to lengthen the light cycle to 16 or 18 hours.
You're going to damage the roots pulling them out of the net pot too.

I just changed to 12-12 the weather here Is decent I just didn't know when it will be flowering season here in wa, never done outdoors. I plan on leaving the net cup. Putting in a 5 gal bucket outside?
