this plant worth trying to save?

My mom had it outdoors. Sge thinks bugs got it but im not sure myself. I dug it out of the ground and potted it. Goung to try and attempt it outdoors at my own house. You think it CAN even make a comeback from being this far gone ? Thanks !

And if its got a chance should i cut the dead and deformation off or leave it

by the time you rehab that you could likely have a new healthy plant from seed imo. Good luck either way!

She could still survive, but will take a lot of time. It may sound crazy, but I would chop her way down back to the lowest node with healthy new little top popping out.. then use the top cut down to about 4-5inches long and for the fuck of it drop it in a glass of water see if it roots
