How does one get testicular cancer? My cousin had it and now only has one ball. Beats death though, I suppose.

FDD I wouldnt jump to conclusions about cancer. Dont want to freak him out but, You should definatly see your Doc If the condition persists. If it happens once in a blue moon your probably getting baked and rubbin your nuts to hard or sitting on them. If it happens all the time then go to the doc. just call him and ask your doc should be happy to answer your question.

I'm NO doctor, but it's most likely a water cyst. Nothing to worry about IMO. On the other hand, this IS a joke...it's could be fucking hysterical! when's the last time ya wanked it or had it wanked haha .. go relieve some pressure, then let us know how you feel in about 20 minutes

stop wearing boxers... they ride up, and squash your balls against your leg, trapping heat and cutting of circulation. when you toke, you prolly relax and slouch a little, which speeds up the process.
sounds like trash, lol, but i know someone (a helper of mine from years ago) that went through something like this before, he had said that sometimes, for no reason at all, it felt like someone just up and slapped his nuts! he went to dr after dr, one wanted to do exploratory surgery to see if his testes were tangled up together inside his sack! he never went with the procedure, and had mri's and exam after exam before he went to a specialist and figured out what it was.

I had the same thing happen to me, scared the shit out of me, I even posted about it on here about a year ago. After some encouraging, I went to the doctor. After having my nuts fondled by several doctors, and fingers up my ass to check out my prostate, 
it turned out to be an infection in some tube that carries semen to your nut. Antibiotics ended up helping the situation.
Whatever you do, DO NOT let the doctor tell you its nothing. Insist on a second opinion if they tell you its nothing, and do every test possible until they find something. Nut pain IS NOT something to ignore.

I agree with this....also, fi you ride a bike a lot as I do, it could cause some pain every now and then.
If you don't apply to either of these, call a doctor. You only got two nuts, and one life. You can get more weed. Don't risk what you can't replace.
