for my 15 plant system

what i will need:
27 gallon snap lid tote
-http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=44066-51438-2921-002&lpage=none

a 100-155 GPH fountain pump
-http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=58695-48650-FP155&lpage=none

then tubing
-http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=62573-48650-VT3800&lpage=none

i will need 3 tees they run about a dollar a piece i think. couldnt find it on lowes or home depot site.

2 bags of micro sprinklers
Full Circle Rotary Sprinkler
-http://www.mrdrip.com/microsprinklers.htm

a small air pump from walmart think these run from 10-15 bucks
-http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10291813

2 air stones
-http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10532636

and for some reason around here i cant find net pots so i was looking at using some atrium grates
very strange but It was the best i could come up with
-http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=21590-676-75G&lpage=none

so i think with these items you could get a picture of what im wanting to do
i kinda feel dumb explaining it cause the system is so simple but here we go

cut out the right sized cirlces for the atrium grates to fit into the tote top. Then move on to the fountain pump, connect hose to pump and T. Next connect split of the T to more hose reaching the atrium grates depth and pull to the ends of the tote. There I will attach the other T's and connect the left with the left and right with the right. It will end up like a oval shape with a line in the middle. After that I will put the sprinkler heads in the hose(This is one part i haven't figured out yet but ive seen people with this?). Next will be the air pumps (only necessary when roots hit water?) by pluging it up to the air pump from walmart, easy enough. add water plug them in and watch them go.

dont forget the timer 1minute on and 5 minutes off?

is there anything im missing here or could be done better/easier/cheaper?

i wouldnt use those sprinkler heads ive heard of those clogging up
i went with sprinkler heads that have no moving parts they come in what ever you want 360, 180, 90
and im not sure that pump is strong enough but who knows.

- Aero setups don't need air stones. The water will be plenty oxygenated when it goes through the misters/sprayers.
- You're going to need a bigger pump. I'd recommend at least the Eco 396 GPH for 27 GAL. You can find them online for the same price. I have a 19 sprayers in my tote and it does well with the 396. +1 to AbleToRollAJoint... You want a sprayer with no moving parts (and requires as little pressure as possible).
- I built an aero setup based on this:
https://www.rollitup.org/do-yourself/156863-grow-2-lbs-2-x.html

It uses PVC instead of a hose...nice and sturdy...and cheap.

i just figured that would be the right sized pump with 10 sprayers at 10 gph each going up less than a foot and making a T i dont think would kill it to much. every diy ive read says they used a big pump and its pretty much over kill.

my 160GPH pump cant even get 6 e-zclone 360degree sprayers to spray decent, and those things are small. I think you'll need more. that or my pump sucks
