Hi I live in an unincorporated area of humboldt county we'll outside city limits on little over 2 acres. I have an outdoor garden here with 74 plants I have two scripts both people who live on property. Everything is fenced Wooden fence all the way around. I have been trying to look up laws all I can find is 99 plants. You cannot see anything from the road. Everything is covered in a gh behind the fence. If the sheriff comes up can they rip my plants up? I kno nobody would b taken to jail I'm jus wondering if I'm over my limit. This looks like a clean medical grow not a commercial grow.

they want to keep track of each plant, i had to put tags on each one (not sure if required but i was ask to do so). and a while back a cop trashed my garden even though it was legal, he just instantly assumed its illegal.

I have the scripts right outside the main gh also a copy of the 215 ordinance all I can find is 99 plants and 100 square feet I'm wAy over 100 square feet I thought that would apply for indoors. Everyone tells me 99 plants with the 2 scripts and were good.

oh, yeah that sounds right. having more than 100ft isn't such a big deal. 2 years back when i used to grow legally i was told 75ft. i went up to 165ft. i had to quit cuz i'm way more productive growing illegally.

No you can only grow as many plants as your rec states. Usually 6 mature or 12 immature in my county unless your doctors writes in that you can have up to a different number. Feds wont cone get you for less than 100 though which is where that 99 number comes from. My rec is written for 36 and i have 30 up to date patients and i get 6 plants per patient on top of my 36, but still if i hit that 100, the feds may decide to come get me and its min 5 years in prison for it.
