This enough to grow?

I have a 2.7 gallon pot.. trying bagseed.. germinating now.. Should i just grow em in the ground? or just the pot? i got a smaller pot to to start it off.. what if i had it in ground soil then transplanted into potting soil? What you guys think i should do... my first grow btw

lol u dont really need to transplant it u can leave it in the 2 gal pot thats probably better
for ur first grow id just put it in the pot and watch mother nature happen juss make sure u water wen the soil starts to get dry

Also, remember to be patient! The plant will tell you what it needs. Like forementioned, just water regularly. Grow in a pot...easier to maintain for a newbie. plus you can move it in case of emergency.

good advice so far. don't give ferts. until 3-4weeks, but i would use it at 1/4 dose at first.
i haven't had succest germing right into the soil, i need to do the paper towel job, whatever works best for you. don't get discouraged, be patient, remember it is a weed, i have been known to over love my plants, too much ferts, over watering. its all a learning trip, its all good. have fun and good luck.

I put mine directly in soil to germinate and have no problems at all.
I guess by germanating your 100% sure that they have opened up , i have planted straight into rockwool and soil and have been caught out with bad seeds ,only to be waiting days to find out.. personal pref at the end of the day.

In the ground, anything less than a 20 gallon won't do. :bigjoint:

Great news everyone! it has cracked a little bit! im going to plant it in the morning... What i did was i used the paper towels put it in a jar and wrapped a heating pad thing around the jar aswell as a coat!!
