I have a small grow box and I was thinking of buying a T5 grow light. I was thinking of a 2ft x 4bulb. so would that be good enough for 1 plant. I have a indica fruity chronic juice, she is 4 weeks old, I been vegging her under 4x26watt 6500k CFLs. so would a 2ft X 4bulb T5 be enough light and would it be worth the money? any help would be great.

quantum badboy series. And use aquarium bulbs not the 6500-2900k bulbs. check out "LED without LED's" thread. Will blow your mind and works for me.

It's definitely better than the cfl's but for the prices in the links i could buy 2 150w hid or a 250 even a 400 or 600 watter

yes mate that light would be fine, rule of thumb is 100watt per plant.
