think i need to get me some eye protection

I got to get a pr of shades lol I dint realise I wud be spending so much time under these hps lights lol, I use to be a welder and ive gotten arch eye before now ( wen sum body archs up in front of ur face without a shield the uv rays burn ur eyes) after 8 hrs it feels like sum1 as threw sand in ur eyes lol horrible , well I woke up this morning and I thought I had arch eye lol and sum1 had threw sand in my eyes ,so i need to invest in some shades for me eyes lol

I swear I am going blind from HPS and LED lights. I come out of LED space and everything is green and dark. Come out of HPS and I can't focus.. Now I throw on whatever UV blocking shades I can find to help some. Shades are the way to go if you can grab a good pair made for HID and LED.

I've defo got to get summit sorted woke up again with eyes pouring lol I kno my eyes are sensitive due to damage from work/ welding and grinding dust ect to
