So I awoke to foamy water and brown roots. I'm so bummed. However, i'm not going to just let her go. I drained EVERYTHING for starters. Next I mixed up a dose of H202 in some phed water and soaked the hell out of the roots removing the dead rotten ones while it was soaking. I just ran my hand lightly over them while submerged in water. It sucks to see so many are dead. I also filled rez with a few gallons of water and H202 dropped in my air stones and pump system and let them soak while running. I then rinsed everything out and re-soaked all of it in clean phed water to remove any h202 still hanging out ( I use organic nutes and didn't want a reaction). I then light proofed my tank with tin-foil and other things and got the temps down in my rez. Wish me luck.....
