Things not looking good. 2 weeks flowering. Micro grow. HELP!!!

So this plant is about two weeks into flower and the fan leaves are dieing off one by one pretty quickly.

My soil mix is a personal mix, contains shit like humus, compost, perlite, vermiculite, peat moss, worm castings and bone meal.

A few of the lower leaves have already shriveled up and fallen up, the yellowing and brown blotching is now moving up the plant. Also the branches are turning redish, check the last pic.

Please help me out, its my first grow and dont want to lose her. +rep for advice.

In one day those yellow leaves have shriveled up and died. Things are getting worse fast. Wheres the love.

looks like a nitrogen deficiency.
