They say this, but I dont understand

So im in 4th week VEG aeroponics, Now i keep being told to not give them nutes when I change rez, Which I do 2-3 times a week, I wait till I cant see the bottom of my rez (cloudy) then change out. I was adding 1/4 Part A/B nutes when I change rez, at 400-600 PPM 5.8-6.0 PH. Im not getting growth, stuck at 4 inches tall. When I first started them I had the 600 watt hps on them, then a friend gave me a T5 light, so I switched them due to heat and $$$. I think it shocked them maybe?

So question is, Do I add nutes to aero setup every rez change or should I just use fresh water once a week.

Ya u shocked them fasho there not getting near as much energy from those jus give them time they will snap back

Well some type of streess has happed to make it stop growing wat do you think happed if not the light it will snap outa it and grow under the new lite sure but that definitely slowed it down
