These are my seedlings after 10 days, growing in coco/perlite solo cups. They ok?

Any advice would be good. When should I transplant, should I keep watering with only RO water? Should I add a little cal-mag at this point?

I have been interested for many years. I would read new techniques as time went on. Only recently did I get my medical license, and am now doing my first grow. I mainly joined to learn, and didn't intend to actually grow myself. I enjoy reading and learning how to do pretty much anything.

10 days from what? Seed or above soil?

Looking healthy man nice parting or the leaves, wouldn't mess with nuts or add cal mag at this point they are way to suseptical to that kinda stuff, be patient and wait for signs of deficiency before u add anything
