Fellow seed buyers beware of this mob! There website might stipulate that they have a return policy for seeds that are damaged. Well I'm sorry to inform the broader community that there returns policy is non existant.
I recently purchased 10 Bubble-Gun and got 16 for the price. Which I thought was a great offer. I went to germinate these seeds and after waiting a good week decided that IMO these seeds where not good and where not going to germinate.
I emailed the company and they said in reply that they would send me out, QUOTE: "Something shortly". Wow that was reassuring, something shortly.
When I asked for a definition of something shortly. I was told that the Australian stockist a one Mr Seamus was awaiting the seeds from the NL, and that he had already told me when they where coming. That must of been the something shortly part lmao.
So I get a friend to send an email enquiring about the same strain I ordered and they get told no worries we got them in stock and it will take 3 days for them to arrive. So mine are in the NL and the ones my friend wants are readily available. Mmmm interesting to say the least wouldn't you say.
Returns:
Goods can be returned if Damaged. You must provide evidence of this via Digital photo and must return the goods before you are refunded or alternative is agreed.
But when you contact them via email your not asked to return the seeds initially this only happens when you keep emailing them requesting answers to the same old questions. I was also never provided with a return address or how to contact them via Digital Phone.
These two things where asked of them on numerous occassions. When I got the seeds from Melbourne to Adelaide they where sent in a plain envelope that had a piece of two ply cardboard in it the seeds where jammed in this and plugged at both ends of the piece of cardboard, with of all things cotton wool. So lets plug the packaging with a natural fiber that breaths allowing for the cold air to get in.
Now that's smart. They even said to me that the freezing temperatures in cargo hulls of planes could of and sometimes does affect the seeds. So they are aware of this and still refuse to replace a product that was never going to work in the first place.
These guys are amatuers in every aspect of the word BUSINESS. Do yourselves a favour people do not order XPAT brand label seeds or any others from these guys because this is the sort of thing that can happen to a customer who shops thinking these bastards have a returns policy. You get ripped off lied to and shafted. Yes it has been the worst experience in my time buying seeds. I only used these guys once and look what happens.
