The word is that SUMMIT CC is pushng to remove patients rigts to grow.

Im am not the original poster of this I am just passing it along.Tak it how you want.Rumors or what ever you call it better to have an idea then not know what COULD be happening.

READ this article in the Warwick beacon about Summit

about half way down you notice a comment they make

"According to Fracassa, there are approximately 1,000 registered marijuana caregivers in Rhode Island, but he believes medical marijuana will eventually be restricted to compassion centers."

i hear that the Dr. in charge @ summit , has a brother who is an attorney who is backing this bill and was the one to do so last year as well.

would love to know if any1 else has heard anything about this????​

Well, a compassion center without any patients/caregivers signing up for it will not be in business very long. Why haul cookies to Warwick to support those who would seek to harm the community?

There is still no power in the free market like boycott.

No cookies coming from my jar. Im all for for these CC's but its clear some want to FORCE the community through there costly doors.

Thry are smart eliminate all competetion asap. They probley figure since the programs been around awhile that thetes people out thrte that knows how to grow, so they must stop us. They can f themselves im not signing anyone up.

People we all need to stand up for our rights as patients.this is getting serious and once the choice is made there will be no going back.now!!! Is our time.

HF is right. As consumers, we have two means by which these public-private hybrids (compassion centers) are still beholden to us: voice and exit. There is no anti-marketing virus like negative word-of-mouth. Especially in Rhode Island, the smallest state with the largest amount of big mouths. When this information is wielded like a laser-scalpel, no one will want to take the initiative to sign any CC up as a caregiver. Without a patient manifest to justify plant amounts, no large-scale business could legitimately stay in production very long. Hence, the patient-consumer population exited the game entirely. Cartman can just take his ball and say: "Screw you guys, I'm going home."

On the serious note, Wednesday is time to CIVILLY use our collective voice to represent and retain our rights to patient empowerment.

Now the new word on the street is that the SUMMIT plans to hire California Growers to grow there meds.NOT GIVE THESE JOBS TO Rhode Islanders.Can we say BOYCOTT SUMMIT CC??????????

Dude Im so agiast Summit we should stage rallys outside when they open up. Thats some greedy ass shit there pulling. Whats there deal the guy in charge of summit's brother is one of the people pushing to take grow rights away? Similar to that im sure.

The CC in Cali- don't ALL grow. They buy from local growers ! A check is cut every 3 or 4 months for a friend of mine.He got a small business to help with bills. This greedy WARWICK,R.I. is out to fix the game for only their pockets to be lined. NO ! Who is the lawyer? Anyone know?
