Good to see some New faces around here. Welcome everyone. Lots of good pics too.

RipDamon that definitely helped you out transplanting.
They look so much healthier. Looks like you're back on track.

Here are my Widows adjusted under the 400w Metal Halide.

I dropped the light down on them periodically though out the week. Started 2 feet above them and let them get acclimated they are now 10 inches under the Halide and Loving it.

Very nice looking WW. Have you had to support them at all?
And are you going to end up topping them?

Males are still good for making bubble hash or canna butter. Not usually as goos as regular, but it does the trick and just about the best thing you can do with them besides breeding.

Mind you only the one in the front left is a WW strain. The other three are BC Skunk.

P.S. Tanks for having us Joe C. I'm enjoying the thread!

Hi there,

This is so much fun. These WW seeds were germinated on the 08/14 and have been inserted in cubes after 2 days and until maturity. I mist my babies with purified and deionized water ph 6.0, once a day and depending the visual moisture content of the cube. Temp is stable around 80ºF and I do my best to keep the moisture as high as possible, actual hygro fluctuate around 50%. I keep the cubes on the side wet to elevate the relative humidity. They are under a 4 T5 16/8 and have a non stop exterior air supply. At night and since ext. temps drop to the mid 40's, I cover them with the dome.

It has been ok so far. Foliage is not really increasing but the root system is going on and the stem is robust.

Do you think it is time to put them in soil (I use Roots Organic), if so should I start to add some roots 66 from technaflora?

Any advise welcome!

Thanks

Roots are roots. Plant that those girls. They look a little leggy to me. Move that light in closer. If it's not curling or burning the leaves then you're where you want to be.

I'll post pics of my Dutch Passion White Widow tomorrow when the sun is setting. Easier to photograph.

Everything you hear is true. She has doubled in height since flowering. She's outdoor and was purchased as a clone on 6/15. She's 3.5ft tall with six shoots, all cola's and about 6 weeks out from harvest.

4mo outdoor grow and I think she's very impressive. I think she's a solid QP so I guess I should expect 2oz...aren't we all a little optemistic.

3 plants total. Background plant had metal halide for first 10 days of flower, it stretched the most. Foreground had all hps, and is really dense. The middle had a solid mix of the two lights and is of medium height( between the three) and has the most dense and biggest buds. Dual spectrum is probably key IMO.
Nice work. Farther along then me but the leaves look like twins to mine.

TANNING BULB??

I always stick a halide back in the last 14 days and off for a week, to get them to put out as much resin. Halides uv rays make the plants try and protect themselves with the resin glands. SO.......I was wondering if anyone has tried to supplement with a tanning bulb? Is that crazy? I could only imagine that a tanning bulb or two, with regular HID would make em squirt crazy style!!! WHUDAYA think??
