My wife was told be her OBGYN doctor that smoking cannabis isn't "all that harmful", those are her words... She also continued to say that the stress from not smoking cannabis can be just as harmful if not more.
Hell yea bro...me to I just found out..just got back from doc...we have 3 girls already hoping for a lil boy....my wife told me to tell you it's ok...she smoked with all 3 and this one to..my middle daughter is gifted my oldest daughter as a 3.9 in high school ..my littlest one talks like a grown up she has a very high vocabulary ...and was walkin at 7 months...and my wife smoked everyday but she says don't over due it....but it's the best thing for morning sickness...so don't worry and congrats...enjoy every minute of it cause it goes fast...

Congrats on the new addition. There are conflicting views on whether or not it can cause harm to the baby. However, since marijuana is not accepted federally, I would at least make sure she can pass a drug test in the hospital post delivery. Hospitals generally frown on marijuana use during pregnancies and you'll likely be visited by child protective services should she fail.
