The US government is officially a laughing stock.

Nazi comes from the German word for National Socialist (Nationalsozialismus). So, you're pretty dumb. And being called a National Socialist holds just as much negative connotation as being called a Nazi, because they're the same thing. You fucking dope.

Also, Communism isn't illegal, as per the First Amendment.

You've fully invalidated yourself, through your Nazi association and your lack of intelligence. You're just a retarded excuse for a troll.
Yes it is, according to the Communist Control Act of 1954 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communist_Control_Act_of_1954

Yes it is, according to the Communist Control Act of 1954 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communist_Control_Act_of_1954
"Only a few court cases interpreted the scope of the act's termination of the party's "rights, privileges and immunities." In 1954 the New Jersey Supreme Court held that, under the act, a candidate who was not a nominee of the party could not appear on the ballot in a state election under the party label (Salwen v. Rees). The Supreme Court upheld the judgement of the New Jersey Superior Court in favor of the defendant-election official and adopted the Superior Court judge's oral opinion as its own. That opinion explained that the plaintiff-candidate was proclaiming that he was the candidate of the Communist Party and that a vote for him was a vote for "party enthronement." "In order to make good the outlawry of the Communist Party as such," the Superior Court judge stated, "it becomes unavoidable that individuals be prevented from carrying its banner." This "peculiar method, as chosen by the [plaintiff-candidate], is a keen way of circumventing the statute, because if it were valid for him to take the course that he has chosen, it would be valid for a complete set of candidates to do the same thing, the consequence of which, of course, would be to frustrate completely the design of federal law."

In 1973 a federal district court in Arizona decided that the act was unconstitutional and Arizona could not keep the party off the ballot in the 1972 general election (Blawis v. Bolin). In 1961 the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that the act did not bar the party from participating in New York's unemployment insurance system (Communist Party v. Catherwood)

However, the Supreme Court of the United States has not ruled on the act's constitutionality. Despite that, no administration has tried to enforce it. The provisions of the act "outlawing" the party have not been repealed. Nevertheless, the Communist Party of the USA continues to exist in the 21st century."

Not to belittle the suffering caused by Hitler, because he definitely did many atrocious and unforgivable things, but so have the Americans, Soviets, Chinese, etc. There has been many genocides, including by governments still in power. National socialism has some aspects which could create a near ideal society for the middle classes and many of the problems present in western society would be solved (i.e. poverty, addictions, education, family, crime, inequality) which is exactly why they push negative propaganda constantly down everyones throats since birth, because all of these wealthy elite wouldn't be able to continue hoarding money and keep everyone poor. I guess I'll just cherry pick all the good parts of national socialism and call it something else to avoid the negative connotations.

exactly, it has never been repealed and the supreme court has never ruled on its constitutionality so technically it is still illegal but it is not enforced. basically exactly what i said

i really don't appreciate the term nazi, it has such negative connotations. I prefer national socialist. national socialism had lots of great aspects (minus of course the racism etc) but economically it was great. Banning all income unearned by work (aka interest), banning speculation on land/real estate, banning personal enrichment from war (MIC), equal rights and duties for all citizens, creation and maintenance of a healthy middle class, states primary duty to provide a livelihood for citizens, prosecution of those whose activities are injurious to the common interest (criminals, profiteers, usury etc), better education for everyone and at expense of the state for poor parents, banning child labour, banning publications which are counter to the general good (pornography/degeneracy etc), promoting compulsory gymnastics and sports, religious freedom for everyone in the state etc. and economically it was very successful coming back from practically bankruptcy and mass starvation without any loans. These are excellent policies (for the people, very bad for the elite and ultra-wealthy) and of course I do not support the mistreatment of anyone regardless of race or creed, so long as they are contributing and loyal members of the state. I would not support dual citizenship of any type.

It is much better than communism. In fact, I believe communist parties are actually illegal in the US. Not so for natsoc iirc.

Read the 25 point plan. Most of them are pretty good and I'm sure we'll both agree on ones which should be tossed.

Man, Trump is PISSED! They're looking into his finances, and he KNOWS they're going to discover evidence of his long career of money laundering and tax evasion.

Anyone who thinks his finances shouldn't have anything to do with the investigation is wrong. When his business is high-level realty deals made with Russian aristocrats and government officials or government-affiliated entities, it then becomes relevant to the investigation.

And he KNOWS this. That's why years ago, he admitted he does a lot of business with Russia ON CAMERA, but when asked during and after the campaign, he denied having any connections or doing any business in Russia.

So, all you Trumpkins out there better start stocking up on tissues and writing your wills before you blow your brains out in your double-wides, because not only is he going to get impeached, but he's going to jail for years of tax evasion and money laundering, and his entire "empire" is going to fall to ruins, leaving his family disgraced and destitute.

His family will be with him..it's one big web.

I say Don Jr pulls a Don Sr..throwing daddy under the bus for years of oppression and sex that he wanted with Ivanka.

It's all about the rivalry with Ivanka..perfect child, now with perfect husband who has height.

Don Jr is an afterthought..the best thing his father could say about him is 'he's a quality person' who the fuck says that about their kid? Reviewing the plumber who just fixed your clogged toilet gets better raves on YELP, for Christ's sake.

Don Jr is as oily as Daddy and he's gonna prove it..because daddy taught him well.

All I gotta say is you can't be a conservative and grow weed. It's too progressive and non traditional to American values. If you consider yourself conservative please look up the definition.
Yes you can..it's called Republican..the double standard party.

Vote for tax cuts for wealthy while collecting.

A paradox.

You can count on it. While he espouses the "positive" aspects of national socialism in his posts, his avi portrays SS anime.

Sick little fucker.
