The Speed Of Assistance Sucks.

I've messaged username "Rollitup" and "admin" 5 times over the past 6 months about changing my username it should not be that time consuming. i'd like to keep my history with a new name. this one isn't cool with me. if this cannot be helped I will have to start a new account, get rid of my last grow's pictures and once again be the 'Stranger' that no one replies to. if you can help in the next 2/3 weeks, it'd be awesome. I love rollitup.
