how much good does it do for the plant by tying it into a knot? i have a lil stretching going on with my sprouts and that seems like it would def minimize some of the height that has come on do to stretching... i know this comment is off subject off the grow off, but was just wondering..

thats cool if it grew like that, but in theory, if i tied mine like that, what dif would it make to the plant beside shortening the stem and giving it a cool knot?

No, I tied it just to see what would happen. Growing to term may show difficult but this is going to live 2months roughly.

I am just having fun with this bunch.

that is what i figured... if i end up with enough sprouts, i may do that to one of them... it would give me some cool to hang it from while drying, and plus... it is a gnarly knot in your stem... how many people grow plants with knots in the stem... gotta do something to set yourself apart in this vast world of growing...

i wanna see the loop lol

im starting mine bac up 1/1/10

if any of yall are interested who wanted to get something going, i want to wait till im done with this plant, then when i start again the shot glass will be in there during the veg, instead of 12/12 fron seed

humm... interesting... are you planning on vegging from seed in a shot glass (any regulated size container..)? that would be sweet to sit back and watch...
i would like to see piks of the loop as well... i will probably wait to do it on the sprouts i have going, but i will prolly just not tell my homie about the trick if it works and surprise him when i do it on the legends ultimate indica strain... he wont believe me tht it works till he sees it done.. he doesnt get online alot at all... he is a older grower he grew his share back in the day.. he's been outta da growing scene for awhile now, so i teach him shit i learn on here... he was the homie who called my grow a micro miracle, simply because he didnt think i would produce a dense bud in my size box with cfl's... i did, so now he is starting up a lil "micro grow" of his own... inspiration, even to the elders we look up to... that is why i am so big about knowledge...
damn... i just typed alot about nothing... who says bud doesnt open your mind is full of shit...lol... hope ya'll enjoy my stoned statements...

hahahaha hells yea i honestly didnt think the loop would live this far thats awesome. im gonna pop a couple bag seeds an grow a couple of loopy bonsai's thats damn cool man. i guess ill hae to strecthc the seedling out pretty far to make sure the loop is large enough to swell an then get woody later on.

Um I forget how old. I haven't really been paying much attention lately.

They are on 12/12 under a 14watt led right now, but will probably finish under a 250 or 400.
