There is no need to kill anyone. Sensible reporoduction is the only thing required. Until society and the population as a whole realize that you do not have a right to procreate to your hearts content with no means to support your spawn we will continue down the road to overpopulation and resource depletion (and all that goes with it). No, instead governments need to hold individuals accountable for there children and stop supporting a population which would otherwise not survive.
This will never come to pass however because we humans have not evolved to limit ourselves but have only been limited by the natual selection and culling provided by nature, which we have now largely overcome.
There are still places to go to avoid all this overcrowding and nonsense, which is my choice. Ignorance is bliss.
