The race for space . NASA og grow

Hi everyone, I hope some of you find this grow as amusing as I do. I had to reduce size drastically so decided to go the cfl route. I had success in the past so said what the hell. I have one NASA og clone growing under 248 watts of cfl. My spectrum ranges from 2700k-3500k-5000k bulbs . During the hotter part of the day i slightly unscrew two of the bulbs when temps go past 86 degrees .I have her in a 2 gallon pot with fox farm happy frog soil. I recently nute burned her with guano so I flushed with ph'd r.o water and transplanted and she took off and recovered greatly . The lights sit 4inches from the top of the plant .my temps stay around the low to mid 80's, i have a tower fan for circulation, a 4 inch exhaust fan I placed above my lights and I cut out a 5 inch x5inch passive intake . I have the pot raised do when she does stretch more i can remove the box underneath the plant instead of raising my lights since they're fixed . I constructed my box out of a uhaul closet wardrobe card board box. 2.5x2.5x4 ft it's a great size box . I used this before to grow two blue dream girls with cfls but had to give her away:/ I have dr earth veg and bloom nutes, marine bird guano, and super thrive as far as nutes. I haven't fed her anything but water since I burned her and I don't know when I should continue with a 1/2 strength solution . I'm on day 18 of veg . I topped multiple times, and lst'd but recently took off the ties to let her grow some more. Any insight along the way will be greatly appreciated.

cool, i'll follow your grow, LoL. im growing in a "modified" grand wardrobe box also, i added an extra box on top to get more height and put the bar back on top of that. i use a 3 hole light fixture on chains to adjust the height. i have a 6 x12 passive intake, 4 computer fans mounted on the other side and a 10" fan on top of the box for exhaust. my box is almost 5 years old now and still kickin, LoL.

Glad to see that someone else thought of the useful idea of using these boxes. I would totally add another box ontop if I were running my hps but for the amount of cfl I'm using its just right. How many plants are you running in your set up?

right now just 1, a pure kush. ive done 2 before, sweet fast bud and buddha maple syrup, i got 8 oz's off those 2. heres a couple, hope you don't mind.

Damb bro props to you! You know how to utilize cfls full potential .those were huge plants with nice looking colas. I would love to get results like this but I feel since I switched over to flower only 3 weeks into veg from clone that I will yield very little . I'm hoping for the best tho .

How long did you veg for?

thanks man!! i usually go about 30 to 35 days but i did one for 52 days because i had 2 plants in the box. when i cut the rocklock down, i moved that clone in with the kandy kush to begin her flowering.

Cool deal man great yields with cfls is the goal . If I get an ounce

Just a quick update, I finally found something I can use as a scrog. It doesn't have squares but it has 1 inch slots which are perfect. I have a net I could of used but I felt like this would be easier . I'm now on day 5 of flowerZ

Yesterday was the first feeding of nutrients since I burned her in her veg cycle. She's looking green an healthier than ever. I dialed in my heat issues that caused her to stress during veg and cut back on nutes . I did a 1/2 strength mix of dr earth golden bloom, (2fl per gallon. I did 1fl) and 2 drops of super thrive to make her a little at ease . I heard it helps with stress and switching to 12:12 can sometimes stress as I've been told. I will keep updating as much as possible .
