There is much glee for the coming "Industry"

I ask when will we be free..

Have a read.
alright buddy, i've read most of your posts... here we go..

this country is a nation of moderates. hard-heads like yourself are only helping delay progress.

all this talk about freedom, slaves, canna-millionaires, canna-this, taxes, blah blah blah blah.... where has it gotten you??

nowhere. that's where. you are right where you fucking started blabbing on. get your head on straight and consider that any progress is good progress.

everything in this country has been done through baby-steps. one foot in front of the other.

keep tripping those steps and you'll end up with a sprained ankle, and you ain't going NOWHERE.

You are wrong about what the nation is.
The rest is nothing but an attack on me.

But this is good because I came back to post more about what I am reading.
The Wall street journal is running an article on Taxing Medical Cannabis is it right or is it wrong. Feel free to go comment. I did http://blogs.smartmoney.com/tax/2011/02/28/medical-marijuana-not-tax-exempt/tab/comments/#comment-1256

I came back to add to things after reading the spiel at 420 times because Prop-19 used the Greed factor to organize the movement last time and I see 420 Times is doing it again..
Why did the profit motive come to the forefront for prop 19?> because they were not selling us Canna-freedom so something powerful was needed to attract a following and Greed it was. In fact on some sites the anger towards those with opposing views became direct attacks that normally the terms of use should have covered and moderation should have kicked in but when the game is this greed-profit motive they got ugly and hatred was allowed.

But in fairness I will redress your comments. Lets see, what are you? I'd guess you are just as messed up as any of us. I should be correct unless you have powers I don't know about..

Now since your post, redivider, was meant to derail things I place this train back on track.

Also please note I have the Balls to be out in the open.. Try and be as brave as me.. That would help you grow as a person.

how many ppl do you think have gotten into trouble with police b/c Prop 19 failed???

go to their trial and start blabbing on about freedom, as they get hauled away, b/c you made the argument against a law that if in place they would be FREE....

chances are you are a 'medical' user, who wouldn't even be affected by prop 19.....

or are you on this side of the line in the sand?? i am. and it's ridiculous. i had plans on driving up to cali right after the law went into effect... smoke some legal weed safely....

not anymore....

Actually you are still attacking.

Just ask questions and I will attempt to clear things up.. I'm sure I will ruffle some feathers and besides democracy isn't something that happens on November 2nd and not the rest of the year. We owe it to ourselves to hash things out and have contrasting points of view.
We have to speak up and we must get laws that give the people freedom to grow all they want.

Just know that I have been at this for a few years now, I have rolled the 5000 posts over on a couple of sites and I am wanting to get horticulture rights for the people.
I see efforts to sell us less than full horticulture rights in the name of production control once again on the horizon. Perhaps it is to test the waters so I am making and effort to stir the water up first.
Also remember industry is already winning and they have a lobby in D.C. so if they get a sweetheart deal this time they will be happier and if they stop us from having full horticulture rights to cannabis they will be happy once again. Win win for industry.
If you are watching the news then you know the first move has been made for 2012.
I see that the remake of prop-19 will need to get signatures by Feb 2012 so it would be a count down from now to next Feb.
I assume a media blitz is planned after but what is lacking already is democratic input.

So what will be on a popular initiative? That is the question. So far I see a possible three initiatives and the Wine-based legal thing is popular for two I believe.. Again there is an effort to treat Cannabis as a Goods or a manufactured thing which is it not. I assume that if it is defined as a goods then it can be treated as such but if it defined as a crop it is a whole other thing.
So this Wine-Theme is popular and i remember that the jack Here people presented that last year.

But as far as the political season is concerned.. "it's on" as they say.. It's happening starting now.

That is why I am so active now.. oh hey i may be rusty as i took a break like the rest did but i will get better.
I will be working the free speech right on up to election day.

I hope you can see my point about "Canna-Slaves" where some people have wealth and sell cannabis others get jail and lose jobs, lives and futures.. I'd call that Canna-Slavery.

I am actually very tired now.. It was a very active day. So i will go.. Be well.. I'll be updating California2012.org and sharing news with rollitup.org and any other I can. Feel free to post your thought and ideas. I won't say you cant walk or suggest you are stupid. I promise. You are welcome to come on over and voice your protests on California2012.org as well.. I try not to delete opposing views. Have you looked at the Five Things Idea? I'm guessing that would be a blabbering for you as well.

I looked up what is currently happening and I see that for even conservative send them to prison types we as a nation are seeing the need to back off populating prisons.
Cool I'm happy to see the recession will be passed on to the prisons.

In an article http://caivn.org/article/2011/03/01/fiscal-conservatism-and-prison-reform-california It is reported that
pointing out a harrowing statistical trend: that "the prison population is growing 13 times faster than the general population," Gingrich and Nolan use one comparison to show that incarcerating more people does not necessarily translate to lower rates of crime or safer communities:
This seems to be influencing the "political air" even in the very conservative camps.
Just an FYI

I am not denying Texas law dealt harshly with users FIFTY fucking years ago.

I am simply stating that the old stereotype no longer applies.

I understand Ernst was simply making a point, however. :peace:

As far as driving and smoking is concerned; that's just asking to get caught. It's no different than driving around with an open container. There's no legal remedy for stupid.
Smoking and driving is quite fun actually and its safe as long as your car is clean and you can eat what you have

On the contrary. It is irresponsible and dangerous.

There's no excuse for driving under the influence. Moreover, there is no good reason for it.

Worst of all, it damages the credibility of the re-legalization movement.
