Looks like you are going to have some nice bubba nuggets there.

I got a pre98 bubba bx2 female in flower now. It been in flower for 4 weeks now. I should have some pics to add soon.

hey guys, ive got 5 pre 98 bubba bx2 from cali connection in flower going into week 3 right now... Theyre in coco and being fed with Canna A+B, and other additives. I got a 6 pack of the feminized seeds, all 6 grew very healthy and fast, but one had a spider mite infestation so i took it outside before it spread to the rest of them. now i got 5 in a 4x8 flowering tent with 2 600w HPS lamps and 1 240w LED flower panel. I have a few different phenos and was wondering which pheno is the keeper or if there is multiple keeper phenos... also what is the expected flowering time... I know on the pack it said 55-60 days but what have you guys gone to on this particular strain?

I love the pre 98 ...
not a big fan of bubba ....
But the pre 9 is just so damn tatsy .....
I got about 4 weeks left on my pre 9..

I got two seeds Pre '98 Bubba x '76 Afghani from Emerald Triangle in veg. They're taking their sweet time. I'll throw up some pics once they get bigger.

Just got my bubba in mail today attitude rocks first order on line was fast easy successful. Can't wait grow her out and take few clones after finding and reading most post here today I'm pumped . Lol good luck and happy growing all glad I found growing indoors best hobby ever just about two weeks maybe three from first indoor harvest!! bongsmilie :eyesmoke:

Caligreen: nice pre98. I just finished trimming the rest of mine last night. Where did u get the strain from? Seed, clone?
Im still not 100% sure if its real strain cuz it looks a bit dif then the pics I've seen.

I got a buncha pics of platinum bubba and pre98 bubba in my grow thread (link in sig). My pre98 came out with a much more fruity smell(watermelon/cantelope) with a lil coffee hint then the platinum bubba but they both have that very similar sweet musky bubba smell.

Ill post some older pics in a lil. Gonna try to take news one tonight of it all jarred up.

Got 3 of these jars filled. About 75g total.

Sweet man. I got mine as a clone too but I never got to see where the clone came from unlike my other strains so can't confirm it. It definetly has characteristics of the bubba but def looks dif and not as dense.

I let the pre98 go for about 9 weeks. Outa all my 5 strains it was the slowest too mature. Had like 15% white hairs still when harvested, but trichs were 20% amber 80% milky. The smoke is amazing. Very smooth and tasty and the high is not like the platinum bubba which knocks me on my ass, its a lot more clear headed.

What part of cali u from by the way?

very nice grow, my pre98 has been the fastest to mature from my current grow...super dense, i got her as a clone from so.cal, only grabbed 1 cuz my grow tent already had 5 other clones, but they had a nice stock of pre98 at the time....once done with this grow ill be making another trip to get another.....

Yeah once they cure totally different...
the size of each bud was different....
The reason i think mines the real deal is because the flavor...
Nothing like the bubba now... except the forest earthy pine...
The pre 98 has a very og like oily smell ... and has a sweet kush flavor along with a very perfume like flavor...

I just harvested it not to long ago ... i have many cured pics but to long to uplaod them all...

I'm loving all these bubba shots.. I just made my own crosses pre 98 x Julius ceaser .and running now. I also have one 4 weeks in flower and another I put yesterday. I got mine from seed. It's the pre98 bx2 and if I'm not mistaken very much like the original cut after hearing and seeing this;)
