i'm not angry either. it's an area that has been skimmed over but never brought up like this before. this is why i wanted to discuss it with the site owner. he might not give 2 shits. if this is then case then all is well. i really have no problem with guns. i'm simply concerned about the SITE. it is my "job".

I sport this big guy. I know what you're thinking, pretty kick ass right? I shot a small bird out of a tree about 50yrds away yesterday. As soon as it hit the ground a Hawk flew down and snatched it.

And the bird didnt explode? is it a .22? all of my gun owning friends own lever actions and one is trying to get a lever action shotgun.

I understand the sites interests and the entire "guns+drugs=bad news bears" thing but you'd have to be a fool to think the feds upon seeing one gun thread would swoop in and "start" watching. The largest site about medical marijuana...you really think they aren't watching already?

I just wanted to express my love for firearms and share in it with others that feel the same way. I thought toke n talk was a place for this. I make a gun thread and there needs to be "checking" done when I just got done looking at a thread about how to cultivate cocaine. See where I think things became skewed?

I doubt one person is going to shy away from rollitup because of a gun thread and I also doubt it's going to garner more attention from agencies already up this sites ass. If they wanted us they could get all of us. Like that.

I actually bough a scope, but I enjoy using the built-in sight more. More of a challenge which makes it more fun

I had one when I was like 8 and it couldn't kill shit.I like the ones you pump.My friend had one and we pumped it 100 times and it shot through a stop sign.That shit was like a .22

I can already see this turning into the old gun enthusiasts thread lol.

yea I know what you mean about useing the sights. The scope would be for my hunting rifle, my mauser. The bolt handle is bent down so that you can actually mount a scope.

Old german sniper rifle...I wonder about its past alot seeing as its been to two world wars and god knows how many small conflicts.

Agreed, that is why I took the scope off. I hit the bird using the plastic square on the top of the gun... open sighted I guess you would call it.

I bought the gun at walmart for 30 dollars with my friend. College towns are very boring over summer, but this guy along with hundreds of beer bottles provided some entertainment
