The new set up

The set up is a t5 2 bulb germination light for 2 weeks then onto a 250watt MH for 4 weeks then onto a 400watt HPS for the final 8+ Weeks using high yield rated seeds and house of garden feed mixed with atami bloombstic all grown in soil with a good general understanding and 2 years experience of growing but only using a 400watt HPS all the way through so what should this new garden set up make much difference to what im use to seeing?
