Hey RIU, this isnot my first post but it is my first time posting pics of my girl. She's about 4 months old, is in her first week of flowering. i have her under 2 100w cfl and a 65w plant lamp. I dont give her any nutes jus plain water every third day. aj 006.jpg aj 005.jpg aj 001.jpgaj 011.jpgaj 010.jpg Now i have been having a few obstacles that i have ran into. some of the leaves seem to be cupping in the downward position and there is a little discolorationin some leaves. Any and all suggestions are welcome. aj 013.jpgaj 007.jpg:eyesmoke:

man, to say shes that old and tall, you havent run into shit. looks GREAT. you are doin an excellent job. watering every third day with plain water. describe plain. stream? brita filtered? bottle? i only ask because i can show you some basic nutes if youd like. seems youre taking the minimalist approach and its super hippie. i like. pure communion with the herb. the leaves splaying downward.. maybe your soil is a big wet? do the weight test. wait till shes completely dry and pick her up. mak a mental note of the weight you feel. then water her to the brim and do the same. then, notice every other day how heavy she feels, easy way to keep track. that burn looked like a light got too close, she will stand up tall and reach for the light, just keep watch of where shes grabbin. rotate her 90 degrees every other day to maintain even light distribution. other than that, do what youve been doing and let her do the same. its not broken, DONT FIX IT. good luck kid!

Thanks soo much Creole for the advice. as for the water i use tap water and let it sit for a few day. i keep jugs lined up so i wont have to go without at any time. Do u think it would be too late to use LST at this time, jus to see if i can get at least another main cola.

4 months and it's super stretched. Did you have a fan on it at all to strengthen the stem? It looks like it will snap under the weight of any budding. You can try to lst it a bit. Get this lights as close as possible without burning it too. If the lights have always been more than a few inches away (whic it appears it was) it is also responsible for the stretch.

Yea the light has been more than a few inches from the top but that was only for bout the first 6 weeks. i wanted her to grow tall and i have had a fan on her since about the 2nd week. but now the two cfls on the side are as close as possible and so is the plant lamp on the top. i'll send in pics tommorrow showing my minor LST attempt. its not to late to do so is it. i dont want it to be a waste of my time and my girl b deformed

Well it will deform (or conform to yur bidding) with lst. The plant want to grow up toward the light, and by doing lst, you are forcing it at angle it wouldn't normally grow. She is resilient though, and will continue on her way. I mean by all means, if you want a skinny supermodel, you got it. I prefer fatter ladies. So I guess I may have come across as harsh. Sorry bout that.

Not at all. all criticism is good cuz im learnin so i can take the truth. but wat if i still have a light at the top the cola which is now right under that light wont grow larger?
