damn you, munchies.

you're making me fat!

how in the hell do i get rid of these munchies, i eat so much when i'm high.

it's starting to make me mad, because i honestly can't control it!

any tips or techniques people?

I use to be like that but now I just drink a lot of juice and that fills me up. Or you can just lock your pantry.

maybe just make a big thing of kool aid before i get high and just drink that.

I drink ALOT of water, keeps me full throughout the day. id say I drink at the least 3-4 l of water a day. If im smoking a bowl, I have my nalgene beside me filled to the top just waiting for pasties/munchies.

i kinda used to not get them this much.

then i stopped smoking for like a month.

then started up again.
i generally cant smoke before dinner because if i do i dont eat very much.
once in awhile i will buy some stuff that makes me hungry when i smoke but not very often.

Uh, Kool Aid isn't going to help you if you're trying to not much. All that sugar turns directly to fat.

I just buy a bunch of (organic for me) healthy fruits to munch on, like Bananas, Strawberries, Pineapple, Watermelon, etc etc, or I make some french fries in my oven(baked is way taster IMO to deep fried) and other low fat, healthy foods that pleases my munch cravings yet doesn't add on lots of added fat.

Its hard as hell to control my eating cravings, sometimes I manage and sometimes I don't.

EDIT: yeah I forgot to mention that I only really drink water if I drink anything, I don't drink pop and alcohol has gotten old to me so I drink about 1/2 to a full gallon of water daily :)

Koolaid is full of sugar it would be the same as eating a bag of candy. :-o

I have a high metabolism so I never have to worry about the munchies :hump:

I actually lost weight since I started smoking. Then again, I also literally had to walk a mile and a half to get it, lol. I usually can ignore the munchies, though.
