? Think you mis-read me...lol. I meant how are your PLANS for you moving as opposed to how are you going to move the PLANTS.....or I hope thats what I meant. Spent 5 mins rolling on the floor laughing. Either that or the lack of sleep really getting to me....
My apologies I miss read but plans are going good and I'm excited to do what I have always wanted to do legally and get paid for it. I hope to learn about breeding among other things. I have been growing for a long time but I consistently see other peoples grows that amaze me and talk with others that have a wealth of knowledge about growing. Living in California the home of the growers of the best cannabis on earth at the moment as colorado, oregon and washington are coming up to those standards.

How are things for buddy? Good I hope!

I am excited for you dude. I just cant get my head around being paid to work in a grow shop, you must be happy out. I love the idea of being able to just sit and chat with other growers and compare notes, and it being not all about ego.
Have you ever bred before? I like the idea, but thats years away for me. Cant wait for the Jenks strain to hit the market...lol. Save a few F-1's for me.

I swear you true irishmen only get indica dominant strains those leaves are super fat! Its looking good my friend!
It defo one of the nicest growing plants I have ever done, and yeah ..them leaves look even bigger in real time.. But its allways the later stages of flower that bugger me up. The temps were higher in veg this time and the lamp slightly closer than I normally do. Starting using a spreadsheet to keep track of the grows for further notes. Taking a few of the skills I learning on the new job and applying them to the grow.

I have never been involved in breeding but I am looking forward to learning how to do it. If I ever do get to name a strain I learned to breed i will let you know and gift you. I would like some names for new strains if anybody has any creative names I could give a new hybrid!

Hi @MD. Couple of questions. What is the white box unit with the lcd display top left of the main pic? And what is the make/model of the fan units? And finally, what is the strain of pic3? Cheers dude.
As regards names, I always liked the idea of long names for plants like the way Ian M. Banks names his ships in his Culture novels. But thats prob never gonna happen..lol.

The little white box is a 7 day timer, you can run two things at once on it like lights and when the pump goes on and off. Plus we have mini camera's in all the cabs and the one tent with the temp gage hooked up as well so we can check the ladies and the temp/humidity on our phones and get alerts if one or the other gets two high. The fans I have to check, we have a few we our up to 3 cabs and a tent, I run this cab. Pic 3 is Chernoble, the train wreck pheno by TGA Subcool. All together it's Chernoble, BLZ Bud, Gogi OG, Double White, and GreenCrack.

mmmmh....well thought out setup. I like the idea of the phone alerts. Due a pie board for the birthday so might get a few sensors as a bit of a project.
Where do the fans vent to? Is it just out into the room and then another system pushes it out, or do they vent into ducting?

The fans don't vent they simply allow good air flow. At the very top above the light which you cannot see in the pic there is that ducting that connects to the light hood which is sealed and has a cfl fan hooked to a filter pulling the air through the ducting and filter over the light and out of the cab.

Kind of like this cab I built but no longer use nor have

aaah...I see. Lot to think about there, but all doable with what I have if I had a bigger cab. Checked my seedbank for Chernoble but none available yet. Its a nice looking/sounding plant. One for the list.
How did the 1 eyed Jamaican go down? The 2 words from the description that I liked was "couchlock" and "backpain"..lol, I have the later and could do with the former.

The 1 eyed jamaican is just as it was described, small popcorn buds very stinky and very potent. I think I got more of a sativa pheno I didn't get much couch lock but more energy and creative thinking. I listened to a lot of music and watched the movie Transcendence with Johnny Depp, it was good especially while baked. Oh and it did help with my back pain and insomnia, I slept like a baby.

I miss spelled the strain its actually Chernobyl and I miss spelled Gogi OG

I was eyeing up Transcendence but went with Edge Of Tomorrow instead. Might give it a shot tomorrow but I have Noah and Blue Rain to watch yet.
Went with family around a 12th Centuary Abbey today. I forget how cool Ireland can be for that kinda stuff. Then walked about a mile along an abandoned railline looking for a tree the missus wrote her name in 20 years ago.
Must have been good smoke if you misspelling all over the place..lol. Might just stick with building up my grows from Kannabia seeds for now. Havent let me down yet.

Kannabia's BCN Diesel was my first grow and it was amazing. A true diesel strain that reeked of fuel and skunk as well as being very potent. Super easy to grow she would take anything you gave her and if you neglected her she didn't mind either. I'm jealous I have been wanting to visit the mother land my entire life, maybe someday my friend maybe someday.
