not sure why people think they can't eat all day. just eat smaller portions and snack responsibly - fruit & nuts(no peanuts). i eat 6-8 times per day. i actually have a bad habit of waking up in the middle of the night to eat something, it sucks because i actually never get a good nights rest since getting up to eat a snack. high fat and high protein is my diet. remember a good solid protein in the morning will keep you full for a while, so chicken or steak. i used to be all about chicken meat but started to bring the red back into my diet and eating the fat on the steak as well. carbs = devil

also if you all are feeling sluggish, look up "adrenal fatigue" and get your vitamin/supplements going. i'm taking a multi, omega 3/6/9, co10, DHEA, and L-carnitine.

i can do it but i choose not to. im always too damn hungry past 9...i also dont sleep till 4 in the mornin an wake up till round 1-2 in the day so i guess i can eat later than 9. portion size is hard for me too cause im never full of them small amounts even if i snack between meals.
if you eat nuts(almonds/walnuts), the fiber and fat will keep you full longer. or try eating some protein, remember protein is expelled(shitted out) where as carbs stay in your body since they turn into sugars

You can eat whatever you want if you exercise enough but what you eat determines your energy output which effects you work out,so if you eat shitty food before a work out expect to feel shitty when working out......if you just want to loose weight without working out so much then a lean diet is a must...... regardless exercise is just good for your overall health.....humans were meant to be active......so a good balance of both will get you where you need to be.....hardest part is psychological.....get your mind right the rest will follow.....stay focused stay diligent everybody........

What sucked about being paleo is It turned out i was allergic to all the alternatives. I started having all kinds of bad reactions... turns out I was allergic to shellfish, coconut, almonds.. ok well all nuts. Added a layer of difficulty.

Once you get proficient in the regular plank, you can start sliding one elbow at a time in to an extended position. The extension is at the shoulder joint though, think of it as reaching to a spot 8inches away in front of you with elbow. Pretty tough

I like bowflex for eccentrics though.

biceps an legs today its gonna be a short one cause the bow flex isnt real good for leg workouts. that plankin is a good workout tho!

ima start usin the planks now an add the harder ones once i can hold the normal one for a few minutes. i like the bowflex too, but not for legs the weight is not enough. its bad ass for chest/arms/shoulders/ an back.

You can couple heavy dumbbell or barbell presses with heavy bow flex eccentrics in a superset fashion followed by a push up plank(top part of the pushup).

The only time i do planks for longer then a minute is for core endurance testing. For workouts i use between 25-60seconds depending on the intensity
