The future of legislation?

Does anybody know the standpoint of the new American president? He seems a bit old school to me, so will he start a de-legislation you guess?
And if so, can he manage this by new rule or is this a 'state only' decision?

He's a businessman. Not a lawyer like most presidents. So my bet is he will push to stop wasting money on the DEA & FBI. I think he will give the people what they want. Another opportunity to turn a profit.

He's for medical as far as anyone knows. Not sure how he'll handle the legalization since he has Pence and Christie in his corners which are both against it in any form. It's really hard to say what will happen. He has even said we should end the war on drugs at one point in his life. Won't know much until he takes office in January and then it's only time.
