This Timewreck should make some delicious pressed hash.

Made some IWE from some Sugar Plum buds and shake. Momma was trying some BHO she got at a club and really didnt like it. All but demanded that I make her some more Frenchy style hash.

Hey frenchy just ran another batch but it just won't press for the life of me it's from my 73 micron bag. Any reason why this would happen should I maybe add a bit of my 45 in there to make it more sticky. It smells amazing and the taste is to die for its made from blackwater and critical+ trim and popcorn buds.

This looks very OUH LA LA and must have a waxy texture. If that is the case, you trims have had a rise in humidity during the trimming/drying/curing process. I does not alter the quality as far as I have seen

Also me and my buddy are having this debate he thinks the best hash comes from pre mature sativa plants and I think the best hash comes from fully mature sativa strains what's your take on pre mature to mature for making hash??
Why would you smoke not totally mature trichomes, may they come from Sativa or Indica????? Mature for me my friend.

yeah, he do this too tweak his texture, the moisture eventuly makes the hash waxy, i dont think it goes away in curing becose of the whole locking in and out thing i was talking about, for your hash too remain sticky shatter style, you must make shure everything has evaporated prior too pressing
The moisture eventually goes away during curing otherwise you would have mold and not a waxy texture. It is a delicate balance to keep and that is the reason why I do not recommend it. On the other hand a long and sorrow curing is your ultimate security against mold. Sometimes you will have a sticky/shatter hash that was perfectly dry before press and sometimes a nice wax, with time you will get what you want.

How was your time in the woods Frenchy, bet it was great nice to get away from the busy city life, I however live in the country and would never go back to the city, Hope you had a good time and didn't work too hard

This trip was shorter than I was planning, my little house in the wood is totally magic. I need to get a water filter, some serious shoes, food stuff, fishing equipment (got my own private lake) etc. Can't wait to start on the Mendo genetics!
For the Willie Nelson lovers, I understand now why you want that strain, well keep looking and good luck. AMAZING plant.

Your not soaking your hash, your just adding a rvery very small drop of water you can always dry it back out, you can clean dirty dry sift by placing in a glass of water the hash will sink and the impurities will float my point is water will not hurt your trichomes as long as you remove it right away or as fast as you can, most people would tell you not to bother since you've baked it in the oven its basically only good for edibles

I wonder if I should do that to clean up my 110 dry sift, someone "helped"me with it..ya..didn't help lol.

I really want to try to make Moroccan hash style after seeing that Hunters of dank video. I was wondering if I can use all my bags making it that way.

What didn't help ? you tried putting you loose trichomes in a cup of water and stirred it around, most of the impurities should float and your trichome will sink scrap the impurities off the top and pour the rest through a coffee filter or a 25 or smaller micron. If you do it right it will work

I should be clearer it won't clean 100% depending on your material there could be some impurities that are heavier and will sink but it will clean all the green, hairs things like that, I do it all the time to clean my grinder hash
