The French Cannoli` Hash Thread

A little small I think but they don't say how many gallons it takes.
Otherwise all specifications are good. 2 speed is awesome.
The bottom part has to be seen to judge the way the water and the trims will move in.
Hey Frenchy you remember how I was talking about the washer I saw at "as seen on tv", well I found a video of someone using it for laundry. Here is the spin cycle.

Does it look like it spins nicely? From the looks of the video, it looks like it "should" work..

I would love to see the 45 which will have the biggest range of ripe trichomes and looking at the 120 it must be yummy.
Sorry I actually mis-typed and that is the actual Maui 45 micron.

We worked with our Timewreck #5 today which was grown indoors and we were blessed with a great return and quality collected trichomes all the way to the 6th wash!

Timewreck 45 up front and 120 in back

We let sit on a pyrex dish to dry for the night.
Woke up in the morning and first thing I did was started to press the Timewreck 45.

Now rolled into a cannoli and being put away to cure, already noticed the color change from 12 hours.

It should do the trick but you will have to be careful with the ice, the best would be just ice cold water since you do not have the space for the ice anyway!
Curious to get the feedback. All the best

Hey BroJohnson, nothing quite like the Timewreck is it?
The Maui is nice but the Timewreck is OUH LA LA capital letters.
Bravo!!!
Haha very much agree! Looking at it in the sun you get lost for hours.

Next up we have some of our Mickey Kush trim we combined with our Pandoras Box/Bubblegummer trim from last years outdoor, processing some of it now and woah the smell is indescribable!

Wish we were able to share some with everyone attending the event this weekend!

Well I bought it! Found it on eBay for a lovely price of $50 shipped. I will try it soon hopefully! I will use veryyy very cold water! Hope to report back with good news! If not.. Well I got a new washing machine to wash my puppies toys :)

Can't wait to see your dry sift vids! I was very curious to your thoughts about the recent dry sift video put out using static to clean up the sift.

"Purity Extremism" is what most dry sieve are worshipping. I agree that pure resin is better than dirty resin but purity is not quality.
Using static electricity is a nice trick. Would I use the method to extra clean my resin, as an experiment on small quantity sure why not! As a tool to produce higher quality Hashish not really.

Frenchy, after depleting my trim and curing six months I've learned a lot, but had to see the results with buds !
Here's the result of lightly/gently running buds that were Bubba Kush and lab tested at 26%.
I got an 8% return in my 73[pictured] 2% in the 160 and .5% in the 45 totaling 10.5%.
Expensive but I only do it for home use so I bit the bullet and dove in!
Sorry I do not have a good enough camera but my 45x loupe has taught me lots so far.
All this to say here is the 73, dried a week then bottle pressed . When I dropped it in the glass the ball began to "puddle"
so I turned it upside down the pics show how it has now stabilized into a punching bag shape.

10% is a pretty good return Charsi. Keep your hash in a smaller container if you can; the less oxygen the better curing and aging
Point taken Frenchy on the jar size. I got those as they are good for a 10 g cannoli but are large for a ball [mine was 8g] As an amateur [in the langue francaise sense]
I really can't afford $10 plus per jar so these are affordable too. Would it help to store several of these jars in a ziplock or larger mason jar for cure and age?
In other words ,although I can't shrink the jar itself perhaps store several in a bigger container ...locking out the outside air. I know it's not a good idea to mix pieces from different runs in the same jar.
thanks in advance

Hello,

I'm extracting right now! around 55grams of dry trims.
I'll post picture of the magic powder drying as well as the resulting cannoli's.
I hope to see some good stuff in there, a strong majority of Ace of Spades in the trims

See you soon for the report

best to you all :peace:
