The first day of blossom?

Hello fellow friends and foes,

I have a question for all you dear people. What is considered the first day of blossom; The day where I change the light cycle to 12/12 or the first apparition of pistils?

I find blossom to be a much more flowery word than flowering. What do you think?

ummmmm. k.

generaly speaking, when people refer to OA flowering time they mean the time between the 12/12 switch and harvest.

but then again when speaking of how much time is left before harvest, its usually measured in weeks since the determination of sex.

that is to say, when u can tell male from female, start countin

I'm still finding it quite difficult to fully understand y'all.

On the sensi seeds website it indicates that Skunk 1 Takes 45-50 days flowering. Are they counting from the first signs of pistils or from the switch from 18/24 to 12/12?

breeder times listed are from the day you switch to 12/12. So if sensi seeds says it takes 45-50 days, that would be 45-50 days from the day you switched to 12/12.
