I think the title is a bit misleading. The feds arent broke, they just haven't paid their phone bills, kinda like me.

Yeah dude, I made the same thread in the legal edge section. In any case the phone company seems like they're angry because they let the public know about it...they could have just kept it confidential so the public still has that little bit of fear ya know? But anywho that's just my 2 pennies
