the easy way to test ph/ec

i have a ph pin an that thing is the hardest to calibrate,it jumps all over and i feel im not getting a accurate reading.ive been looking into ph/ec meters monitors and controllers.i wanted to no if anyone had any suggestion,LoL im looking for easy thanks
