Here it is after about 2 weeks of late nights and a long weekend. What we've got here is 3-1000 watt lights in cooltubes, each of the tubes has a 6" high output fan at the bottom of it. The heat is going to be exhausted threw the roof, along with the scrubbed air out of one big ass 150 can filter. As for intake I have a 6" 200cfm booster fan that will run constantly.
The shelves have a gutter behind them that will return the run off back to the res. via the Ebb&Gro control bucket. The plan is to fill the pots with hydrton and drip feed 4-5 times a day with 1 gallon drippers at 15 minutes a shot. The E&G will also run the bottom row of plants, which elimenates the need to elevate the bottom row high enough to get in to a res. The plan is to have 8 plants in the E&G and 7 in the middle row and 8 more on top, on each side. This way i can stagger them and hopfully have a evener canopy.
As for nutes I believe I'm going to run Dynagro as my major nute. In veg I'll use dyna-gro and hygrozyme as well as dynagro Pro-tect. Then in flower use Dyna-bloom and AN's big bud, bud candy, overdrive.

As i was post the OP i reallized i'd forgot to wrap the shelf with panda. so i just took care of that.

Now I need so help.... I have ducting that runs along the floor to vent the lights. there is a "T" and on top of the T is the fan that cools that light. I need a way to stabilize the fan? As it wants to fall to the side. any ideas? I didn't want to attach it to the light cuz of the wieght factor

any ideas on those fans????

I thought i would cut a piece of plywood that would go around the pipe and screw it to the base of the fan to keep it upright? IDk

just need to hookup the drip system and E&G buckets and it should be ready for a test run.(fingers crossed)

well just wrote a couple paragraphs then the F'in pudder crashed. SO
I got it almost all wraped up all i have left is to fix the fans and get some kinda adaptor for the drip line hose, neither should be a big deal.
All the little shit sure takes a lot of time spent like 5 hours out there today.got all the E&G plumbed and drip installed, finished venting everything, and buttoning up all the loose wires. Oh yeah also shot down to the hydro store and picked up 5 big bags of hydroton. Also endedup running ony 42 sites 7 per shelf. with just the 2 1000 mh's it is bright as fuck hope to get some clones in there by monday or tuesday.
