The devils in the detail "The Church"

Get on all i thought id put my first attempt at indoor growing up on here so if you can see anything im doing wrong or that could be done better please feel free to write on this journal.

Cupboard A: "The Control Room"

50 litre water tank
1 X water heater "set at 26 degrees c"
2 x 12v hydro pumps
1 x airator
water ph tested and regulated at 5.5
no added nutrients as yet

This cupboard also houses the ballast which means it stays quite warm so the water heater doesnt have to work so much, it also makes it a perfect environment for germinating seeds which i did straight into 6 inch pots and canna professional soil mix.
I bought 5 "Church" seeds from green house seeds nl primarily because they were meant to be easy to grow, yeild well and have a nice effect but also because they were meant to be resistant to mould and i wasnt sure what humidity levels i would get in the grow cupboard. I planted all 5 seeds (feminised) and the first 3 that popped there heads through the soil went straight in the grow room under the mh bulb but positioned a good 24 inches above them and left on a 18 hour photoperiod, and a breeze blowing gently over them from the internal fan.

Cupboard B: "Grow Room"

1 x 400w interchangeable mh/hps
1 x internal fan 3 speed
1 x bathroom extractor
2 x feed tubes

The temperature in the cupboard is easily controlable by how much the doors are left ajar, and this stays a steady 79 degrees f during lights on and drops to 68 degrees f during lights out. The air circulation is dealt with by leaving a nearby window to the outside open wide and letting the extractor and the internal fan do their job.
I beleive that like keeping pigs ducks or any animals (which i do) if your going to grow something give it the best chance you possibly can which is why i cross referenced a lot of info, mostly off this site and came up with the current set up, and it seems to be paying off.

I hope they seem healthy to you folks, this is my first indoor grow so i have no reference.
Oh yeah i did invest in a grow tent, ec meter, and ph tester along with a load of nutes for all stages of growth, and ive got to say money well spent without them im sure they would be dead , cheeeeeers

Theese "The Church" plants seem to be going good, plenty of bud sites, can take a good feeding, really thick stalks/trunks and a ventilation system that could suck the chrome of a ball hitch........

This ones pheno is different, way more bushy and didnt hardly stretch at all during this first 2 week flowering, compared to......
latest3.jpeg
.....This one which stretched alot more during last 2 weeks (i do rotate the plants evenly between the dual spectrum mh/hps)
latest1.jpeg
And finally, the two together, i did originally have 3 plants going and still do but the third one has gone off to be a mother, the reason being it was so indica like, short, bushy, and branches coming out everywhere that it stood out.... and now it will live on for many a generation (hopefully) but it sisters here have about 7 weeks left to show what there made of ..........
