As long as your a medical patient and you stay within the recommended limits you cant get into any trouble for growing, not sure if you are renting or buying, obvioulsy if you were buying shouldnt be anyone coming over that you dont invite. Ive rented quite a few places over the years and Ive never actually had a landlord come to my house un-announced, and if for some reason they do and complain about smell or something, just explain to them your medical situation and say you either have a really stinky stash or are just growing a couple of plants for personal use. I would definetely try to get atleast a 6month lease and pay as many months of rent in advance as possible just so you make sure their not coming by for anything. As far as seeds go Im 41 days into some auto ak's and they are actually going to yield more than I expected, guessing 60-80g, for sure looking like two oz. This was my first go around with autos and I really cant be happier with the results, go with the joint doctors line, while their are other good stable auto breeders I think Joint is the best, new one called purple jems I might try.
