what's going on everybody i have here a super bud auto and a purple cheese auto and they are on day 67 from sprout. I would hate for these to get too ripe and am curious when I should chop I'm trying to go by how the plants hairs calyx's and leaves look rather than just checking tricromes for amber, very open to suggestions! Thank you

I'd say give it a week, possibly even two. Really let all those pistils change color and recede into the bud. Obviously if you want to be most accurate, get a jewelers loupe and get up nice and personal with those trichomes. You want to see 70% cloudy, and about 15% for both clear and amber as well.

Gorgeous plants!

okie so I chopped the super bud a couple days ago and about to put her in jars tonight tried a sample out and its delicious tasting lots of pine and skunk with some undertones of fruit same with the smell and a nice one hit quit so I can't wait to see how she smokes after curing

here is purple cheese a week later I was hoping to chop her tomorrow but am still a little hesitant as the hairs could recede a little more as well as darken but not exactly sure was thinking one more week?
