Gotta hand it to the Austrians. December 6 is Sankt Nikolaus Day. My sisters and I woke up to the traditional bar of chocolate by our breakfast plates. (And day 6 of the Adventskalender.) Those wacky Transalpines teamed St. Nick with a partner who is ideal for Germanic mindfuck indoctrinations of small children. Isn’t Krampus a sight to melt a tiny Teutonic heart?
