Can you turn uv/ir on/off?
I dont think so dude.
Its got a potentiometer so u can run the fixture on low, med, or full power.

But to the best of my knowledge all the diodes run at the same time. I'll let u know tomorrow when the wife.sets up the light

I'd read this before you buy
https://www.rollitup.org/t/defective-qb-quantum-board-led-by-rita-shenzhen-meijiu-warranty-refused.991010/

I guess rita fang the manager for meiju is kinda shysty and dont honour warranties.
You might want to think about going with kingbrite.

Not trying to change your mind just because I bought kingbrite. Just dont want you to get screwed.
Good luck bro

Vivi liu or jerry from kingbrite have a really good reputation on rollitup and alot of people reccomend them.

Their basically the same as meiju. And use medium bin diodes.

Yeah I read it. EVERYWHERE. Lol

The guy spammed every reddit thread and board with his grievance.

So yeah, it’s on me. But wow. Made me want to buy Meijiu actually. Lol

Thanks bud. I'll be posting pictures of my grows.

Getting them to do two custom 800 watt fixtures. 10 bars of 250 diodes each. Very nice uniform PPFD.

Going to run 10 - 12 autos of same strains per half of a 9 X 5 and compare end result between the 3000k + 660nm and the 3000k + 395, 660 and 730nm.

Pretty frickin stoked!

Do you guys think I should just get two of the same boards?

If so, what would you choose? Two of the 3000k with epistar 660nm or two of the 3000k with LG 395UV, and Osram 660 and 730nm?

I will be setting up a 8x10 but possibly 8x12, I have yet to decide. It's going to be quite an endeavor building my space. I have really enjoyed reading through this whole thread. I was nervous about getting chinese boards but I have a lot more faith after all the presented information. I will have to reach out to Rita once I am ready to pull the trigger on figuring out just what I need to light so much space. I am hoping to spend sub $2k for all the lighting in my space.

Pulled the plug/trigger and got two Majo 800 watt from Meijiu coming in.

5000+ LED’s in a 9 x 5. ☀
Get some par readings for us once you get it running. Im super curious as well, but isnt the official spydr system full spectrum? The one you got you order in 3000k?

3000k. 800 watt.

one with 660nm epistars
and one with LG 385nm and Osram 660 and 730nm's.

They're going to do a PPFD chart for me at various heights so I have an idea what I'm looking at. Have to wait for it as they don't actually offer a 800 watt 10 bar, so once it's complete I'll have that data.

I have a lux meter as well but it's no $1000 model. lol
