Are the center pieces easily replaceable? The bungie part? That would make this awesome, since the filth would be next to impossible to clean out of it. Now I want to build one myself 0.0

You can easily take it apart and clean it in the sink or dishwasher.

It's a waterless gravity bong, and it's mobile and hard to break. Apparently it hits hard or even harder than a gravity bong hit, and it saves a lot of weed.

Yes it's easy replaceable, but you don't even need to replace it unless it's broken, and it's actually really easy to clean because it's dishwasher safe.
