I went out there this mornin' and cut a bunch off the bottoms so I could get some drip lines in there, so I can set a timer up to go off in the afternoon. Now that they're getting full of roots, they're gonna start drying out in the afternoons even with a good watering in the morning, with my soil the way it is, and being up in these bags.
So, I got some cuttings in the clone box, and the plants are ready for the flowering stage, irrigation and all. I'll switch some ingredients in my teas, to high phosphorous guano instead of nitrogen, and I'll add Dr. Earths bud and bloom booster and some cal-phos to it. The Blue Dream looks like it's switching gears already, and so is the Juice, so I'll prolly go ahead and switch the tea on the next feeding.
I have been adding some liquid BT to my foliar feedings, and I have a big bag of Dipel I ordered that should be in today or tomorrow. I am NOT going to watch those little bastards eat and shit on my buds this year! Dipel is a flowable powder form of BT, that is MUCH cheaper to use than the Safer liquid kind. You can't buy it in Cali without going to the county office and getting a permit, but you can order it online. I get alot of things online that I can't buy in Cali haha.
Anyway, the plants have no bugs, and they have need of nothing. They look very healthy. I have done more foliar feedings this year than I usually do, and I account for the overall health to that, at least partly, that, and the fact that NO SYNTHETIC NUTES OF ANY KIND have touched them at all!! I forgot to take my camera today, so I'll get a picture update in a couple days. PEACE!!

I'll be feeding only organic teas and kelp, again this season, and will get in more depth how I go about all that is coming this season too, so stay tuned!

Did you post the recipe for the tea? I got up to page 6 in the thread and didn't see you post it.

I found some great videos on topping

also where did you buy all those different kinds of soil? Lowes, Home depot etc.?

and lastly where did you buy the 20 bucket/bags

I just realized looking through the thread, that I never listed my dry ammendmenta that went in to the bags, only my base mix ingredients. So, here you go:
I mixed them in 3 layers so it would be easier to mix, and I have the right nutes in the right places hopefully. The bottom layer consists of:
Humus/soil mix
Perlite (lots)
Heavy Worm castings (almost half a bag)
Cal-Phos
Phos. bat guano
Green Sand
Vermiculite
Manna Mix
Dr. Earths Bud and Bloom booster
Second Layer:
The same with less worm castings
alf alfa meal
Nitro bat guano (little bit)
Top layer:
Humas/soil mix
Manna Mix
lots of nitro bat guano
worm castings
perlite
vermiculite
alf alfa meal (lots)
Composted Chicken Manure
The amounts I use are not really measured exactly, I'm one of those, a pinch of this, and hadful of that kinda green thumb growers, I don't even measure my liquid ferts most of the time.( I don't advise trying that at home boys and girls) So that's why I'm not giving you the exact amounts,....sorry.
My organic teas vary as well, I adjust it according to what I'm seeing happen, or as their needs change, but basically here goes:
During veg:
Dry ingredients:
nitro bat guano 10-6-1
organic compost (I use black cow baled compost)
worm castings
composted steer manure (I will be using some fresh horse manure this year too)
Humus
micro beasties
Liquid additives:
Bio-Link micronutrients (100% organic macro nutes, {hard to find})
Fish Emulsion
Liquid Kelp
Earth Juice catalyst
Fox Farm Big Bloom
During Flower:
Dry ammendments:
High Phosphorous bat guano
Dr. Earths Bud and Bloom Booster
Organic Compost
Worm castings
Humus
Micro beasties
Liquid additives:
Bio-link macro nutes
Bio-link liquid bloom 0-5-5
Fish Emulsion
Liquid Kelp
Earth Juice catalyst
Fox Farm Big Bloom
Iguano Juice (Twice during flower)
Last month of flower:
I cut off all nutrients even though I'm all organic, because animal based nutes still have some salt content, and you can still have macro nutrients such as Cacium and Magnesium, that like to hang on to the plant much longer than Nitro, or Phosphorous. I give them some molasses during the first 2 weeks of that last month, along with micro beasties, but I cut that off for the last 2 weeks and give CLEAN WATER ONLY!!!!!
I can't express enough the mistake people make "flushing" with molosses and other carb or sugar "finishers" that have calcium and magnesium in them. Your not "flushing if your adding nutes, think about it. It's couterproductive IMO to "feed" or "flush" using anything during those last 2 weeks but water. I have been doing this with my grows from the start, and I hate to brag, but my smoke is some of cleanest burning herb you'll ever smoke. The last hit of a bowl or joint taste as good as the first hit did.
OK, I think that's a pretty good break-down of what I'm using......PEACE!!
you add more to the addition of the 1 bag of worm castings and 7 bags of Manna

foliar teas are basically the same, only I don't use molasses cause it can bring ants. But mostly, when I foliar feed I just use fish emulsion, kelp, and humus.
nice do you use a pump or gage or any particular way that is special? I've never hear of humus. But mostly people use molasses. I'm glad you told me about that I probably won't use it now. Also Im having a hard time finding some kelp where did you buy yours?>

phenomenal! I don't think the photos tell how fantastic these plants are because everyone is so used to looking at plants 100g pots, not 200g's. These are some nice fucking plants!

Well done man.
