Use a credit card. Attitude is top notch and very professional. I've got over ten orders with them and they were all orders with a credit card. You'll be fine, in fact, you may get your beans too quickly to be honest:leaf:

Attitude does not produce the seeds, poor germination rates are due to poor seed production by the breeder who sells their seeds to Attitude for them to then resell ... and also sue to people who are not proficient at popping beans.

I have no idea what you said in your email to Attitude but they specifically say they cannot discuss germination and or growing problems so unless you word things correctly then you will get little in return that you will care for.

How do you send "germinated seeds" back to a breeder? Why would you want to send seeds that germinated back to a breeder? Wouldn't it be ones that did not germinate that you would want to send back? If so get the breeders address and mail them or ask Attitude, without using language they cannot respond to, if you can send them back through them or if they will replace them and then get replacements from the breeder.

Attitude is anything but a scam. If you had some bad luck, for whatever reason, that does not turn a highly rated very reputable company into a business that scams people.

Thanks JimmyT, I wonder if peeps get the police knocking on there door cos of having it show up on their credit card.
Typical noob question. Charges on credit cards from Attitude, or other seed vendors, so not say PAYMENT FOR ILLEGAL MARIJUANA SEEDS FROM XYZ SEED VENDOR. A different name is used and there is no mention of the product and seeds come mailed with a fake business name in the return address, something like Bobby's Bits and Bobs or Novelties Plus etc.

I have used both credit cards and debit cards to purchase seeds online ever since companies started taking them ... originally you had to send cash or a money order (an international one if ordering from a different country than the seedbank was in) and I have never had any problems, no one asking about my bank statements and no officer has ever stopped by for a chat.

It is safe.

They bought bad seeds that were supposed to be DJ short. They sent me that same dumb ass generic letter saying they would send my seeds back to the breeder. At least when I had an issue with Dr Chronic he actually sent me new seeds.

I've been absent from this forum as I'm Portuguese and there are nowadays pretty good portuguese foruns.
Still, when I started growing RIU was my forum of choice, along with ICmag which I found out later.
The mixed reviews I always got whenever I browsed a bit on it, refrained me from ordering from them. Still, I gave them my "grow-related" e-mail and payed attention to their promos.
So, the August promo had its place and I was searching for seeds to join my home-made hybrids in my next grow. The seeds I wanted were 4/5 euros (7 USD) more expensive than Kaya, my usual spanish supplier. Still, the freebies would make up for it so I didn't try the price match guarantee, afraid they would send me older/worse seeds. I bought the seeds, paid for them, crush proof tin and international express. This was August 3rd, and on the 5th the order status was changed to dispatched.

However, the tracking number only started working on the 7th, stating that was the actual day of shipping. Plus, the package was sent through Royal Mail, when I paid for international express. More, since the package was sent overseas last Friday, no sign of it in the portuguese tracking system (which is extremely accurate and NEVER failed me).

Packages from the UK never took more than 5/6 business days to get here. 10 days, 7 business days, after my purchase I simply have no idea where my seeds are, I fear they never left the UK as its arrival was never registered here in Portugal.
This put, this was my first and last order with them. Kaya usually sells cheaper seeds, price match, the seeds get to you in 1 or 2 days and they offer me shipping if I buy 50 euros, using an international carrier (Seur or Nacex).
I feel ripped off paying around 10 for international express shipping and then seeing my package travel slowly by regular mail, eventually going MIA! This is pure disonesty.

Finally found out (after hours searching the web) that the RoyalMail sends their recorded parcels through GLS. The best of it all, is that it is still in Germany (WTF?! What about air mail to Portugal?). From what I read about GLS, it will take one or 2 weeks more to reach Portugal, which will make for 3/4 weeks for 11 seeds to arrive in Portugal, the same time stuff from Chine on Economy International takes to get here. Plus, last year bought my Arizer extreme Q from an Uk-seller, paid 12 pounds for shipping and 2 or 3 days later it was here. It seems either attitude doesn't really care/know who and how their packages are being processed or they are making some extra profit on the shipping, as 3 weeks (at least) isn't for sure International Express... never again!

A good vendor will replace the seeds. Attitude is just being greedy putting it off on the breeder. Between that and the confiscations, and the overpriced stealth options I will never order from them. Ever.

How can you blame Attitude for mail problems? Attitude is dishonest cause your shit is lost in the mail? All of their packages are shipped Royal Mail, That is their mail carrier. They probably don't need more customers like you. You should stick with the seed bank you use.

I want you to ship me a package. I want to see how you control the route the package takes to get to me. Does that mean the one time it took eleven days instead of seven for my package to get to me, that Attitude was fuckin me around? It's up to Attitude to decide how fast my mail gets to me huh? I'm gonna have to call em and see where my Hot Rod magazine is, shoulda been here two days ago.

Thank you Racer, I mean seriously, it's not like shipping an apple, (which is also most likely illegal as well). I was polite, courteous, and they were the same with me. I'm more than stoked, about the strains, that landed as a reship today. It's like being mad at a gas station for running out of gasoline, after someone pulled a thousand gas and goes on them.

On a side note, (racer) I saw some comments that you made on a vice documentary, about GHS. It's on Youtube, and it's called the kings of cannabis (I believe) Your avatar just flashes past really fast and they showed your comment.

Ok, I replied this morning but somehow it didn't get posted, damn iPhone:(
Anyway, probably it was for the best as it gave some time to "digest" your posts, hence forth I will try to explain MY point of view on this, whether you agree with it or not. After all, this IS a forum and I was careful enough to use this thread instead of creating another one. Plus, my only intention with my report was to alert other users, might they not want to end up like this.
That said, I will now try to summarize the situation for you:

- I'm not going to germ this seeds right now, only in October/November. Therefor, I was not in a hurry to get them or any sort. Also, I'm not complaining about germ rates (like many) though it is, for me, plain simple to see that bad germ rates are not solely on the breeder's responsibility. If a bank (the tude or any other) gets good seeds from a breeder but sell them to you when they're already old, they DO have responsibility on that. The same applies when they ship you immature seeds, like the 2 UFO's I got.

- When I did my purchase, I chose "International Express" delivery. As I never had one package lost, didn't buy the shirt/mug as the price is outrageous and they could do it much better for a much lower price (a simple cd or dvd case would do it and they cost a few cents...). Got the crush proof though, as I didn't want them smashed. When you google International Express (Mail) you'll see that it is supposed to be EMS, not regular mail. Still, even paying 10pounds (once again, outrageous: my arizer q extreme (big and much heavier box) came through UPS, 2 or 3 working days, not even 12pounds), all I got was Signed For mail. Still, as I said I was not in a hurry, I got a tracking number that clearly states the item was posted on the 7th August, not the 5th as Attitude informed me (purchase on the 3rd). The item was then passed to "overseas for delivery in PORTUGAL" and I had to figure out by my self that they do pass their signed mail to GLS. This put, I paid for a fast, expensive shipping and got a signed for package that arrive 12 days after it was posted, 15 after being paid. It ended up being delivered in my box without even ringing the bell, I wonder who signed it. I presume you are in the states/canada, so when you say "my last purchase took eleven days instead of 7", I advise to look at the map and try to compare distances. There are maybe a dozen flights per day between London and Oporto, not to mention Lisbo. Plus, there are no customs in between, as we're both EU countries.

- Guarantee - another way to make money, in the EU. The Royal Mail, or any other company when regarding recorded/signed for mail, will refund you in the event they lose or do not deliver the package, so it makes this "guarantee" pointless and it is a bad service if they deny, at least, to file a complaint to Royal Mail, even if you do not buy their merchandise.

- Last, but not the least: if you want to go "extreme", Attitude is the one who chooses to work with, knowing that will affect costumer satisfaction. The bank I usually buy from, used to ship stuff with Seur (1-2 working days) but people from Portugal (they are not in a relevant number comparing to their spanish costumers) started complaining about them, as the guys starting getting nosy when it came to delivery in some parts of the country. They immediately started working with Nacex also, to satisfy their costumers. An old saying: "the costumer is always right"

Regarding the law, cannabis seeds are LEGAL in the UK, though it is illegal to grow them. We all know they earn their living selling their seeds as a souvenir or in the event of some sort of post-apocalyptickind of living.

If you had a good experience with them, some of you even seem to be in love with them, fine, keep ordering from them. I had a bad experience, unlike with other suppliers, specially Kaya, so I will refrain from using the Attitude in the future.

Bye!

but like a good drug dealer, attitude should be good to its customers. in college if my pot dealer was an asshole to me, like attitude is, i would have knocked him out, took his weed and fucked his girl. same thing here. doesn't matter that it's "illegal", it's still a business transaction.

it's bullshit that they treat themselves like a business, but when shit hits the fan for them, they hide behind the fact its all illegal..

fuck them. they can go eat a dick.
