What level of nutes you have in there? They tips look pretty burnt.

For whatever it's worth. I run a bloom nute profile with a dash of calmag for the first 2 weeks or so with a ppm of around 200. I've found that root growth is more abundant with a bloom formula.

If I get too happy with the nitrogen they seem to grow so fast tht latter on, they can show some deficiencies NW aide they dot have enough roots.

They look nice and healthy though !
.7 EC @ 5.8, but I haven't changed the water in a couple weeks and a few days ago I took a reading at 5.2 PH but was planning on transferring them out so I didnt change out the water.

3ml/gal protekt(0-0-3) and the rest foliage pro(9-3-6)

Looking good pound town! Love the training and pruning job. I'm really going for the 4 main stalk configuration this time around as well. Also like the sticky cards, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of fungus knats. Lol

Yeah, those roots are off the hook. And that was AFTER a bad case of the slime, they just bounced back big time.. and with avengence.

The standard tea application is like 1 cup per 5 gallons of rez or something like that. And then you can top off in a couple days with leftovers that you refrigerated. Microbes do not like to be refridgerated and to some extent, I'm lazy (or at least not willing to make extra work for diminishing returns). So I make about 4 -41/2 gallons (5 gallon pail). Then dump the whole damn thing in the rez. I will pour it through individual net cups when they are young.

Mix, bubble for a day, let sit then strain, apply. One thing that makes the straining process a little more painless is one of these bio diesel strainers. IT slips right into the top of a bucket, pretty slick. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-of-2-x-5-Gallon-400-Micron-Bucket-EZ-strainer-Filter-Biodiesel-WVO-WMO-Pail-/350556068671?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item519ec51b3f

sounds quite straightforward and simple enough. I really appreciate the info.

Is there a thread where you show how you go from seedling/cutting to flowering as far as containers used and whatnot? I am looking to do a 16 plant flowering room with 4 plants per rez rotation. I will have another 4 bucket system to do a final 2 week veg for the plants before flower. I am trying to decide how I should root my cuts and what setup I should use to grow the rooted cuts until they are ready to go into the 5 gallon buckets for their final 2 week veg.

dont mean to hijack thread but i really like what I've seen in your threads so far. again, thanks so much for your help

Ummm I don't really understand what the hell you just said but..

I go bucket cloner till WELL rooted. Then transfer into 4" net pots. I have 18 net pots mounted in a piece of 2" thick pink insulation board that sits on top of a simple plywood and tarp Rez. This is all 4' by 20" to fit under a single 4' 8 bulb t5 set up. I cull the weak ones, then I transfer the best 14 into 4gallon square buckets connected to a single 120 gallon Rez. They are under 3-4 600 watt MH at this point. I typically start with 2 hoods then add another hood as the plants get bigger and I spread the buckets apart. Finally, 12-13 get transferred into the flower room. 12 4 gallon buckets under 12 600 watt hoods. I scrog through the flip under MH, trim the fuck out of them, go to HPS (lucolux baby!) and then let it ride.

haha not always good at explaining things well the first time.

what i was trying to say is that i will have four seperate DWC systems in the same flower room. each with four 5 gallon buckets and their own 20 gallon rez outside of the room. each group of plants will be staggered so ill harvest every 2 weeks.

you answered my question anywho, ill hold em in the cloner longer and then put them into a single rez to bulk up until they are ready for the larger system.

cheers
