So Simple…. This is a staple side in my family
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Cooked Rice
- 1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 Tablespoons of Salsa
- 3 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
Instructions
- Place cooked rice into a skillet ( I did melt a small amount of butter in the pan before hand)
- Add and mix in salsa
- Mix in salt, pepper, sour cream
- Add cheese and heat till cheese melts
- Enjoy!
